The woman who has been working at the front desk the last few times I've been in is just terrible with customer relations. She mumbles quick responses that can't be understood and when I made it clear I could not make out what she was saying, she laughed. She has not once asked me if I had any questions for the pharmacist, which has ALWAYS been the case before with anyone else who has worked there. She is not doing your business a service. I have heard others complain also. Please teach her how you have always treated your customers with respect and thorough attention with clear conversations if you want to keep your customers.
